1. Introduction

This website is owned and operated by Abhijit Das. These Terms govern your access to and use of the services provided on this website, including website design, development, demo previews, and maintenance packages.

2. Services

We provide:

  • Custom website design using Figma

  • Website development using WordPress

  • Maintenance plans for ongoing support

  • Demo and design previews for selected industries

Each project will follow a scope, timeline, and pricing agreed upon before starting.

3. Payments and Refunds

  • A 50% advance is required to begin any project.

  • Final payment is due upon completion, before site handover or going live.

  • Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or other agreed modes.

  • All payments are non-refundable once the project has started.

4. Revisions and Changes

  • Design packages include up to 2 rounds of revisions unless otherwise stated.

  • Additional revisions will be billed separately.

  • Once the final design is approved, any major changes will be treated as a new project phase.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate content, images, and information for the website.

  • Reviewing and approving work in a timely manner.

  • Managing domain and hosting (unless included in your plan).

6. Demo Websites

Demo websites are for viewing purposes only. Demos may be taken down or changed at any time without prior notice. Sharing demo links without permission is prohibited.

7. Maintenance Plans

  • Maintenance services begin only after full payment.

  • Plans include the features mentioned in the maintenance plan section.

  • Failure to renew on time may lead to discontinued service.

8. Website Ownership

  • Upon full payment, the client will own the final website.
  • Any third-party licenses (themes, plugins) are subject to their own terms and may need to be renewed separately unless covered in your package.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of data, revenue, or business due to site downtime, hacks, or hosting issues.
  • Issues caused by third-party services or client modifications after project handover.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any service or project at any time due to:

  • Non-payment
  • Abusive or unprofessional behavior
  • Breach of these terms

11. Privacy

  • Your personal information will be handled with care. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

12. Modifications

  • We may revise these terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the website and services after changes means you accept the revised terms.
