Refund & Cancellation Policy

We value our clients and aim to deliver high-quality web design and development services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds may be processed.

1. Project Cancellation by Client

  • If you wish to cancel your project before work has begun, a full refund will be issued (excluding any non-refundable fees such as domain or hosting purchases made on your behalf).

  • If work has already started, a cancellation fee will be applied based on the amount of work completed.

  • Once the project is 50% or more completed, no refund will be provided.

2. Project Cancellation by Us

In rare cases where we are unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund will be issued for the incomplete portion of the work.

3. Refunds for Digital Products or Templates

Due to the nature of digital products (such as Figma templates or WordPress themes), all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once files are delivered.

4. Maintenance & Subscription Services

  • Maintenance plans are billed in advance. Refunds are not provided for unused months after the plan has started.
  • You may cancel your plan at any time, and no further charges will be applied from the next billing cycle.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for:

  • Domain name registration fees

  • Web hosting fees

  • Third-party premium plugins or themes purchased on your behalf

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
